The City of Saint Paul needed a redesigned website to showcase Saint Paul as a thriving and vibrant Capital city and to promote engagement by providing residents with information about Saint Paul city services.

The City needed a responsive designed website to deliver content on the right device, in the right format, at the right time. High Monkey designed the new website in a templated approach that would allow the City's web team to develop the site using Drupal as an open-source CMS.

UX & DX Design
The City website was redesigned to provide better access to information and services the city provides as well as enhancing the visitor experience with responsive design, intuitive navigation, and user-centric content. Further, the design of the site enhanced the profile of the city and server a variety of audience including City residents, business owners, visitors to the City, as well as elected officials.
Website Design & Build
The website solution High Monkey created for the City of Saint Paul included the following; creative design and concepting for the website, detailed project planning, requirements discovery workshops – group and individual sessions, wireframe designs for desktop and responsive design, usability testing for desktop and mobile devices, Style Guide Documentation for the City web team to complete their build out, and day-to-day project management.
